We went with ratehub for our mortgage renewal. Our old bank did not offer good rates anymore and Jessica Barroso at ratehub was able to find us a new lender with the best rate we encountered. As the prime rate was lowered, our previously arranged rate even dropped a little as well! Jessica was always available, answered her emails even off hours, clearly explained things, and followed up with our previous lender several times on our behalf.
