Working with Jessica at RateHub was the best experience I’ve had purchasing several homes over the last 4 decades! I was pleasantly surprised how quickly she responded to all my emails and made herself available for a call when I preferred to talk to her. She was incredibly knowledgeable and guided my husband and I (and our adult son who also purchased his first home). I was nervous about working with a mortgage broker as I’ve always dealt directly with a bank. I was working with Jessica Barroso for my mortgage renewal and she had me complete my mortgage application, told me what my rate & lender would, and then suddenly ghosted me for no reason. If the lender denied my application then she could have just said that, as I sent her a follow up email to see if there was an update with what was going on, but and she never responded again. Went with a different online mortgage advisor instead, who got me a slightly better rate and were much more personable, professional, and very responsive. - Samantha S

Working with Ratehub to acquire a good mortgage rate for a quick close was a smooth process. Ratehub have a super online presence that makes it easy and fast to apply. Also once approved their online tools provide all the information you need. Excellent rates and very attractive pay-down options (e.g. 20/20) caught my attention.
