Mitul was exceptional. It was a trickier mortgage dealing with multiple provinces and exemptions. I spoke with several firms and quite frankly it was abundantly clear that other institutions wanted to send the file to their in house B lending program for their own personal financial gain at massive expense to me. There is a 0% chance this would have happened without his expertise. I should also mention the mortgage came with cash back and a 3.94% rate. Unbeatable. Thanks Rate Hub. - Brian Fielder
