One of those things that seems too good to be true, got a 5 year fixed mortgage at 1.1% below prime rate, they pay for the lawyer and they go to your house, they take the mortgage money out of whatever account you want, Mitul answered so many questions of mine mostly just me being concerned it couldnt be legit but it is, definatly the future of getting a mortgage, not a bot and wasnt paid to write this, just a regular dude thats happy with his rate. - Eli Gaucher
