My wife and I used Kaunain Taki from Ratehub for our mortgage in March 2024. We were first time homebuyers. We also spoke with other brokers and tried working directly with banks. We admit to shopping around. Ultimately, Kaunain provided a better service and a better rate than everyone else - and it wasn't close. He can hold your hand through the process if needed, but also gives you room to breathe if that's what you prefer.
