Kaunain Taki from RateHub deserves a raise! For months I have been struggling with my current mortgage lender and trying to get a renewal. When I wasn’t getting the response that I felt was necessary I contacted RateHub who put me in touch with Kaunain. Kaunain is not only knowledgeable and prompt he is also very compassionate and understanding. I had many phone calls and we exchanged dozens of emails and because things were so stressful with the other bank I was dealing with I often found myself complaining to Kaunain.
