I was very happy with our broker Tawer Daniel The only disappointment was the appraiser he compared homes that had less property and. 2000 sq ft less than my home. I was not happy with Solidifi since they would not increase the appraisal by. $100,000. Since we were looking to get $1.2 million mortgage. Tawer did try his best but took forever for Solidifi and TD to try to increase the loan by $100,000. Does 2 extra weeks cost me more interest money to my 2nd mortgage. We were offered $1.8 million for the house and we didn’t brake it because we looking to get at least $2 million. We were only appraised for $1.4 million. If we listed the house at that price we would have a bidding war on it. The only good thing I’d Tawer did try his best to help us. - Joe p
