The two people we've worked with at RateHub.ca — Julien Dupuis and Shawn Arshad — have both been exemplary in their personalized and highly attentive customer service. And the rates! RateHub.ca is the FIRST resource we turn to for all our financial needs. We consider ourselves extremely organized when it comes to recordkeeping and yet the continuous requests for further documentation proved very frustrating, particularly when the underwriter introduced roadblocks to progress. (I can't imagine how many people are disqualified from getting a mortgage because they don't have a professional filing system in their homes, or simply haven't thought to retain documents that seem obscure or non-essential.) Both representatives are very knowledgeable and were immensely helpful and patient throughout the process. A note to RateHub.ca : Educate your current and potential clientele by posting a list on your website of each and every document that might suddenly be required. Knowing what's required would save your customers (and representatives) significant time and frustration, and avoid having an application denied three quarters of the way into the process.
