The rate he was able to get me was much cheaper than what my previous lender was offering me on renewal, and cheaper than other friends were able to find themselves going straight to banks. I'm amazed at why anyone would go without a broker, since it took much of the stress out of the process and I ended up paying less than I would have had I done the work of finding a lender myself.
