Had a great experience working with Hitesh, who promptly addressed our application, which was closing in 3 weeks, and has most of the mortgage application-related details sorted out by the end of the 2nd week. Also, the rate he sought out was more aggressive than the rates from other mortgage brokers we interacted with (vs one recommended by our real estate agent and also vs Pine from Wealthsimple).
