We are planning a video with one of our esteemed media partners and are looking for a realtor to partner with. Specifically, we are looking for a realtor with a current listing that does a good job of showcasing how to improve a home’s value prior to listing.
Examples of features we are looking for in the listing:
- Home staging
- Fresh paint job
- Curb appeal
- Refaced kitchen cabinets
- New kitchen hardware
- New kitchen appliances
- New bathroom hardware
- Neutral colours
In the video, we are focusing on how to get the best bang for your buck with the home improvements and to discourage over-improvement.
