Initially, we were skeptic in even trying to contact Ratehub as some of the reviews (from different sites) were not as favorable. But since our previous mortgage lender nor our bank offers were much higher than other lenders, we proceeded in contacting Ratehub. We were assigned with Victoria Hryciuk, and she did not just do a great service but exceeded our expectation. After explaining their process, and few questions and answers, she presented what she could offer (low rate plus cash rebate). Then before she submitted for approval, she contacted and informed us of a lower rate from another lender. She was confident that we can get the lower rate than what was initially offered. She was very responsive with our emails, even at night and weekend. Then after we got the approval, the day before of the official transfer, she informed us that she was able to get a few more discount than what we signed. Great! Victoria deserves her 5 stars or more. Until the next renewal. Again, we thank you very much! - Jonas

Many brokerages advertise one rate online and then switch it up you once you go actually talk to them. Rocket Mortgage and True North were both companies that did this to me and it was incredibly frustrating. Ratehub, on the other hand, quoted the best rates online, and then followed through with that rate without adding any fees. Victoria was my broker and she was amazing - very quick responses, helped me through a few tricky things related to the mortgage, and sped through the process as fast as she could even though I had a tight deadline. When a company not only provides the best price but ALSO the best service, it’s worth talking about.
