Many brokerages advertise one rate online and then switch it up you once you go actually talk to them. Rocket Mortgage and True North were both companies that did this to me and it was incredibly frustrating. Ratehub, on the other hand, quoted the best rates online, and then followed through with that rate without adding any fees. Victoria was my broker and she was amazing - very quick responses, helped me through a few tricky things related to the mortgage, and sped through the process as fast as she could even though I had a tight deadline.
