Ratehub.ca Mortgage Referral Program

If you've previously closed a mortgage with Ratehub.ca mortgage brokerage (formerly CanWise Financial), you can take part in our referral program.
How it works:
For every person you refer that closes a mortgage with Ratehub.ca, we'll give you a referral bonus. Payouts are outlined below.
The more you refer, the more cash you can get! (New as of July 24, 2026):
With each successful referral, you get:
- $100 for each of your first 2 successful referrals,
- $150 for each successful 3rd and 4th referrals,
- SPECIAL BONUS - $300 for your 5th mortgage referral
- $200 for each successful referral after 5.
How to refer someone:
You can refer a friend, relative, or colleague through any of the following ways:
- Enter your contact details (so we know where to send your reward to) as well as the details of the person you are referring on Ratehub’s Mortgage Referral Form
- Email the name, phone number and email address of the person you are referring to a Ratehub.ca Mortgage Agent.
- Have your referee contact your favourite Ratehub.ca Mortgage Agent directly. Make sure they mention your name, email, and phone number so that the agent knows they were referred by you.
Terms and conditions:
In order for a referral to entitle you to cash payment it must be a successful referral. A successful referral is a referral that meets the following criteria: (a) the referred individual closes their mortgage with Ratehub Inc. on or after August 1, 2026, (b) Ratehub Inc. has your contact information from your previously closed mortgage with Ratehub Inc. in order to contact you for payment details. Ratehub reserves the right to deny referral cash payments in its reasonable discretion, including for referees who reside in the same household as the referrer or who are otherwise compensated by Ratehub for the referral. All personal information will be collected and used in accordance with Ratehub Inc.’s privacy policy. Ratehub Inc. reserves the right to deny payment for an otherwise successful referral if Ratehub Inc. has a good faith belief that the referral violates these terms and conditions, the referral is otherwise unlawful, or the referee is abusing the referral program. Ratehub Inc. reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Participants and prospective participants in the referral program expressly understand and agree that your use of the referral program is at your sole risk, the referral program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and Ratehub Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties, conditions and terms of any kind, whether express or implied by statute, common law or custom, including, but not limited to, promises as to products or services offered through the use of the referral program, implied promises of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
