He got us the best rate and I am sure we could not have done better anywhere else, but do your homework and feel free to negotiate. We had a respectful and stress free experience. It helped to reply quickly and thoroughly. The clear and legible forms made it easy to reply and ensured nothing was missed. Be aware that there is a fee if you decline the application once it's submitted to the lender. Otherwise, there is no charge as the lender pays RH for the service. Have all your paperwork ready and follow through once you're happy with the rate and lender. Be sure to compare lenders. I felt pressed to accept CanWise, but, to be fair, we were quoted another lender, too, and appreciated having a choice. I also did not like the upselling of other types of insurance by other agents after completing our mortgage renewal, but our Mortgage Agent put a stop to that while continuing to take care of our renewal application in a timely and expert manner. - BeachVeggie
