When shopping for a mortgage, I was looking for someone, as a specialist, to do the investigative work and ask me the right questions. Due to bad health I needed to get a quote via email instead of in a phone call which would be tiring. The agent refused saying the banks don't allow email quotes because rates are constantly changing. Ridiculous. Rates change whether I talk on the phone or get an email.

I am giving 3.5 stars because initially the conversation looked positive to me, but later when i submitted my yearly income i came to know that getting mortgage would be difficult. They also ran a hard credit on my SIN number which reduces my score. Based on the experience you guys have ....If this information was already provided to me at the very first instance it would have saved some time for me
