My experience with CanWise/Ratehub was as pleasant as I think it could be dealing with a Mortgage renewal. I worked with Damion Waite and found him knowledgeable, responsive and not overbearing/pushy. When renewal time comes up I would definitely work with Damion again. I had my first mortgage with one of the big banks, when it came time for renewal, they were not offering a very good rate. I contacted Ratehub through their website, I got an email the same day outlining the process to setup an appointment.
