I contacted Naren kumar back in Dec after getting the 5.15% 3 years fixed rate from BMO. It was the best rate available in the market. Naren arranged 4.85% and then even after signing the documents he was able to negotiate further down to 4.56% from the same bank. I would truly recommend him over any mortgage provider.
