I’m a first time home owner looking to refinance, naturally I reach out to multiple sources to shop around and get a rough idea of the process. I was talking to 4 different mortgage brokers/agents - although the process was fairly similar, I was seeking for someone who’s going to get me the best deal, service, and minimal work on my end. My situation wasn’t linear so I needed someone to reassure me and walk me through this as smoothly as possible. While others that I spoke to were offering me rebates, friendly & charming conversations, and discount incentives - they didn’t give me the confidence that my situation could get me a refinance with no problems. However, Naren at Ratehub was the only one that could ease that doubt. He simply explained my options to me, kept in touch with prompt follow ups, and communicate with both bank institutions so effectively that even during a stressful closing period, I wasn’t worried. I gave him the paperwork that was needed and he did everything else - from the initial consultation until the end. I couldn’t be happier with the entire process - it was clear, efficient, smooth and most of full transparent and honest. If you’re doing your research, consider this as a sign.
