I received an excellent rate, amazing service and a smooth process to transition my mortgage. I was initially a little weary of going with a non bank lender, and with such low rates I was looking for the catch, but .. there wasn't one. The banks could not match the rate I received, and I couldn't be happier with the transition of my mortgage to CanWise. The RateHub site is a great resource for comparing rates and repayment options, and the broker service I received was exceptional.
