Julien brings over 7 years of mortgage experience to CanWise and our clients. In the past, he has worked in various positions with top mortgage lender First National including as a Property Tax Administrator, Commercial Mortgage Servicing Specialist, and finally as a Mortgage Specialist helping existing clients with new mortgage applications for purchases and refinances. The last two years with CanWise continues to be fast paced, dynamic and rewarding. Quickly changing lending guidelines create an excellent opportunity for agents with a deep understanding. Julien’s friendly and common-sense approach will simplify the mortgage process all while ensuring the right mortgage is secured for each individual situation. He prides himself on putting his experience and understanding of the marketplace to work for every client.

Had a great experience working with Julien Dupuis. Minutes after inquiring online, I received a call from Julien to walk through the costs. They got me the best rate I could find. Everything was done online. The only in-person part was a witness to sign the papers and they arranged to have a witness come to our home at a convenient time..
