As some people do, I ventured to shop around. I looked at Ratehub and reached out. I had the pleasure of connecting with Amro A. Just in case there's another Amro ;) I actually emailed a year ahead of the renewal. I was trying my best to prepare. Amro patiently and diligently worked with me to help me with my questions and secure some great rates. We just crossed the renewal date and what an anxiety inducing event this can be, and I've signed up with the new lender portal. I'm waiting to see if there's any loose ends from the previous lender.
