Was a rigorous process with lots of paperwork required so it was very helpful to have our broker helping us navigate the requirements in the timeline with reminders along the way. One suggestion would be to make sure your bank provides the mortgage payout statement on time! We almost missed this and it helps to have your broker ensuring canwise is also connecting to your bank.
