His career has awarded him with a breadth of experience in customer service, refinancing, purchases and renewals. Robert graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Economics in Industry and Finance. We shopped around for the best mortgage rate. This was one of three brokerages that claimed they could get us the rate we wanted. We worked with Robert (who was awesome). He delivered what he promised and made the whole process streamlined and hassle free. Robert was easy to reach for help with our questions and all of the correspondence between us and the lender was handled by him. Signing for the agreement was done online through a third party, which was also painless. - Commission for their fee is paid by the lender. - They get you an amazing deal. The application process was fairly straightforward and we ended up with a great rate on our mortgage There wasn’t much hand holding during the document review stage and although it was fine, if you’re only looking at these documents every 5 or 6 years, I’d consider adding a bit more support to your clients here. - Jessica Moore
