We shopped around for the best mortgage rate. This was one of three brokerages that claimed they could get us the rate we wanted. We worked with Robert (who was awesome). He delivered what he promised and made the whole process streamlined and hassle free. Robert was easy to reach for help with our questions and all of the correspondence between us and the lender was handled by him. Signing for the agreement was done online through a third party, which was also painless. - Commission for their fee is paid by the lender. - They get you an amazing deal.
