Wasted my time and energy. Kept promising a rate for weeks on end, only to come back with shady offers and higher rates. Ended up getting better conditions looking by myself. Edit: the mortgage broker keeps pestering me despite telling him in no uncertain words I didn't want to deal with this company, it's bordering harassment.
