Overall, a great experience with Ratehub. My first advisor was terrible, unresponsive and ended up being fired. Ratehub quickly reassigned Priyavadan to me, who was very responsive and moved the process along quickly. Everything was handled online, or by phone and no issues. I was previously with Nesto and found I had to be on them to keep the process going - so I was glad to see a company like Ratehub have better systems in place.
