We recently needed to renew our mortgage, and Ratehub.ca had the best rates, far better than any of the major banks in Canada. We worked with Patricia Mosquera as our mortgage agent. Patricia was great! She had straightforward answers to my many, many questions, she sought to understand our needs and found a product immediately to suite. Along the way she kept us up to date with the process and saw our mortgage renewal through to the end, successfully navigating our previous lender's feet dragging, and delays in title insurance. Unfortunately this year we had two mortgages coming up for renewal but thankfully Patricia came to the rescue with her expertise in securing us the best rates available at the time. Between both properties there was an abundance of document submission/ verification that took place and she handled it very professionally.
