We started checking rates ahead of our upcoming mortgage renewal. With lots of time between and lots of rate changes, our specialist Milko was very responsive to all our questions and concerns. We actually had planned to commit to a different lender with rate hub but when we decided to change our amortization we ended up with canwise. Canwise fit our needs perfectly and we even got our rate lowered again at the last minute. Our big bank could not come close to meeting the rate we got from ratehub. We’ve already made a few payments on our new mortgage and I must also say that their website is very easy to use and has some great tools to help you figure out how to pay your mortgage faster with calculators and prepayment options in black and white.
