Michael helped us a lot with our mortgage renewal this year, and he made the process much easier than I expected. He got us a good rate and moved us to a new lender with no headaches. What I appreciated most was how fast he answered, by phone and email both. That really mattered because our term date was close. For questions I usually heard back the same day. When there was something in the paperwork I wasn't sure about, he looked into it, we talked it through, and it got answered or corrected quickly. Thanks Michael, I really appreciate it. He also explained everything in normal language, so I actually understood what I was signing instead of just trusting it. A mortgage is more than the rate on the front page. There are conditions, fees and rules about how the account works, and Michael walked me through all of it so I knew what I was getting into before I signed anything. My recent experience with Ratehub was terrific. I was working with another mortgage company and I connected with ratehub as a backup just in case as I had a quick closing coming up. The agent who reached out to me is Michael Dettorre. I was amazed to see how fast he handled all the steps of mortgage aproval with care and professionalism. He made me drop the process i had started with the other mortgage provider and i fully committed with ratehub. We started the process on the fourth of the month and everything was completely done by the 11th of the same month. I would definitely recommend ratehub and specifically Michael to anyone who looks for great rates, superfast excellent service.
