Madison got me going right away upon 1st contact, got me into a mortgage satisfying the criteria I was looking for (eg. readvanceable, lower rate than my current one, advantaging with incentive offers to help balance out the costs), and never dropped the ball with getting back to me very quicky, sometimes several times a day on critical issues to push forward the process when it hit snags and major delays. She expertly facilitated my refinancing application with a major bank, helping me manage the distress that arose from those delays that resulted in part from a busy time in the renewal cycle for Canadian lenders/clients, and in part from a slightly challenging application.
