I had a great experience working with Joe Lorefice at Ratehub on my mortgage switch. I was working with a very tight timeline before my renewal date, and Joe was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. He found me a very competitive rate with Scotiabank, clearly explained my options, and stayed on top of the application right through to funding. Whenever additional documents or changes were needed, he let me know quickly and helped keep everything moving so the mortgage could be completed on time.
