She helped a majority of clients with their overall financial situations, making a difference in the process. She spent the past 2 years as a Mortgage Agent with TD, so she is well-versed in the mortgage process, and will ensure a smooth process for the client.

2026 Update: Back with Diane for another mortgage! Just like in 2022, it was smooth sailing from start to finish. She crushed the rates the regular lenders were offering. Thanks again, Diane and RateHub! >>>>> To quote them: "It is never “fun”, but we hope we made it as pain-free as possible and that you saved some money along the way" is the best way to describe CanWise. It was not a fun process but Diane Sousa was there anytime I had a question and replied within the hour. Quite amazing. In the end, all worked out perfectly well and almost as straight forward as with my bank and I now have a mortgage rate that no regular bank was able to match.
