1 Tangerine Annual Spend Reward Conditions: As a Tangerine Rewards World Elite Mastercard credit cardholder you can earn an annual Scene+ point bonus of 10,000 Scene+ points (the “Annual Spend Reward”) when you make at least $30,000 in Net Purchases annually on your Account (12-months). Annual period starts from the Account open date and resets every 12 months thereafter. If you switch credit cards, the date you submit the request for a product change (the “Product Change Date”) will be applied as the reset date for the Annual Spend Reward, instead of the original Account open date.

2 Cardholders with a valid Tangerine Rewards World Elite Mastercard Card account (the “Account”) have access to participating lounges within Mastercard Travel Pass (“Program”), hosted and managed by DragonPass International Ltd. Each eligible cardholder on an Account is entitled to a complimentary membership to DragonPass Airport Lounges Program (as long as they remain a cardholder on the Account). Cardholders must enroll for this benefit through the Mastercard Program Website (https://mastercardtravelpass.dragonpass.com/register) using a valid card on the Account. Upon enrollment, 4 complimentary lounge visits will be available for the Cardholder on the Account per membership year; the complimentary visits can be used by any cardholder on the Account for themselves and for their accompanying guests at participating lounges (however, Cardholder must be present for each such use). Lounge visits are counted on a per person per visit basis (e.g. lounge access by a cardholder, and one accompanying guest will count as two (2) visits). All additional visits beyond complimentary visits are subject to a fee of $32 USD (subject to change) per person per visit.

3 Earn Rates: You are awarded one and half (1.5) Scene+ Points for every eligible $1.00 in eligible purchases charged and posted to the Tangerine Rewards World Elite Mastercard Credit Card Account (the “Credit Card Account”) in three (3) accelerated categories of your choice (the “Accelerated Earn Rate”) as more particularly described the “Additional Terms and Conditions for Tangerine Mastercard Credit Cardholders” in the Scene+ Program General Terms and Conditions

Changing and Selecting Your Accelerated Earn Rate Categories: You will choose either three (3) Accelerated Earn Rate Categories (as described in the above Additional Terms and Conditions for Tangerine Mastercard Credit Cardholders) for your Account. Visit tangerine.ca (“Manage Rewards”) for more details on how to select your Accelerated Earn Rate Categories and how to change them after such selection to review the history of changes to your Credit Card Account, log in at tangerine.ca and go to “Manage Rewards”.

The Accelerated Earn Rate purchases are those purchases identified further under the “Merchant Classifications” as set out in the Additional Terms and Conditions.

Regular Earn Rate: You are awarded one (1) Scene+ Point for every $1.00 in all other purchases of goods and services charged to the Account (the “Regular Earn Rate”).

Merchant Classifications: You will earn the Accelerated Earn Rates on purchases made on your account at merchants classified in the Mastercard credit card network with a Merchant Category Code (“MCC”) in the MCC categories listed below (the “Accelerated Rate Earn Rate Purchases”) as set out in more detail in the Additional Terms and Conditions relating to the various merchants and MCCs as outlined therein in addition to your Foreign Currency Spend category and Recurring Bill Payment category as more particularly also described in the Additional Terms and Conditions.
• MCCS are set by the Mastercard payment network associated with your Account and must be recognized by Tangerine’s system as set out in the Scene+ Program terms and conditions. MCC are subject to change.

Purchases at merchants where the Accelerated Earn Rate categories are not their primary business do not qualify. Some merchants may sell other products/services or are separate merchants who are located on the premises of these merchants, but are classified by the credit card network in another manner that may not be classified with an MCC under the Accelerated Earn Rate categories and such purchases will not earn the Accelerated Earn Rates on the Account as applicable.

Eligibility: Only purchases earn Scene+ Points. Cash advances (including Balance Transfers, and Cash-Like Transactions), fees, interest or other charges, returns, refunds or other similar credits to your Account do not qualify for Scene+ Points.

Scene+ Points will not be posted to an Account that is not in good standing when purchases are made or when a statement is issued, or if the Account is not open when a statement is issued.

• Instant 3 cents per Litre Discount on Fuel Purchases (All Grades): Receive an instant 3 cents per litre discount on purchases of fuel (all grades) (“Fuel Purchases (All Grades)”) at participating Shell locations in Canada when you use any eligible Tangerine credit card, linked to a Shell Go+ Account, up to a maximum of 1,000 litres per month per Tangerine credit card account. • Earn up to 3 cents per Litre in Scene+ Rewards Value (Equivalent) on Fuel Purchases: Each time you use your linked Tangerine credit card that earns Scene+ points on Fuel Purchases (All Grades) at participating Shell locations in Canada, you will earn at least 1 Scene+ point per $1 spent. Plus, as a Scene+ Member you will also automatically earn 1 Scene+ point for each litre in Fuel Purchases (All Grades), and as a Shell Go+ member, automatically earn 1 additional Scene+ point for each litre in Premium Fuel Purchases, made with your linked Tangerine credit card.
