The process was very simple, the card was delivered in a short amount of time, activating was easy although then being transferred to an agent to up sell insurance was not what I expected from an automated system

This credit card presents many financial perks. Nonetheless, it is a bit convoluted when comes to exempt from any foreign fee integrated in the service charge. I would prefer having no foreign fees instead of calculating a differential advantage applied to the monthly regular ROGERS services charges.

I’m not sure about all the benefits yet. I applied/received the card and intend to use it in Canada and U.S.(mostly)(benefits). My concern at the moment is in the billing. I made a purchase in U.S. Dollars and only the Canadian total is shown--there is no indication of the purchase and exchange rate( unlike other cards). This is unacceptable as I cannot compare if the value is good/bad. However, I will decide after I phone and check into this.

The Rogers Platinum Master card is a good cash card. The main reason I got it was because of its feature of 4% cash back on all foreign purchases and since I was heading on a family vacation it would be a good card to use. This would offset the 2.5% foreign fee charged plus possibly some of the exchange rate difference. It also allows redeeming points towards your statement starting at just $20 compared to $50 of most other cards have .The $25 welcome bonus was a good cherry on the pie too.

Great card! Got it to replace the Amazon Visa for US purchases. I like the cash back feature for sure
