Wow! Thank you Hitesh Babbar for an extremely smooth Mortgage renewal and prompt communication. When dealing with my initial mortgage in 2020 (another broker NOT ratehub), I had a negative experience. Asked for fixed, put on variable. Didn't return calls or emails. No follow-ups confirming what was discussed. Multiple requests for the same documents. Ratehub and specifically Hitesh Babbar were a complete DREAM to work with. Hitesh was always patient and addressed all questions/concerns. If he couldn't answer on call/email, he would respond within the working day or within 24hrs (if end of day). The ratehub portal to upload documents was seamless to use. I can see what documents are uploaded and label them so they're easy to find e.g. "Jan 2026 mortgage statement".
