Brian Sloman was the representative who helped us with our mortgage renewal. He was responsive throughout the process and was able to secure us a good rate. My only frustration was with the lender, First Canadian Title (FCT). Although we had started the renewal process months in advance, the final mortgage paperwork was left until the day before our existing mortgage expired. This created a lot of unnecessary stress and felt avoidable given how early we had initiated the process.
