All I can say about Nelson is he made my dream home a reality for me. Nelson was completely dependable, extremely diligent and just very good-natured. Not only was he a mortgage broker he was a mediator, a negotiator, a counselor and a sentinel he went above and beyond the requirements of his role several times over again. I would recommend him to anyone I know.
