Update: The broker called back 2 days later and was very apologetic saying its a rare occurrence. Offered a very good mortgage rate (variable). Even though we didn't proceed, appreciated his professionalism. ________________Booked in advance a phone consultation through their website for June 27th 6H45 PM. Received a confirmation by email, and a reminder by text message an hour before the consultation, that I would get a call from a mortgage broker. I waited an hour after the booked time, thinking that maybe the broker was busy with a previous client. Never received a call and never an explanation why. - N J
