Nick was born and raised in Alberta. His local knowledge and financial advising background gives his customers an approachable and knowledgeable mortgage experience. He graduated from the University of Calgary with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations. He has previously worked with one of Canada’s Big 5 Banks as an advisor for over 3 years. Nick always looks for a way to give his customers an experience that goes above and beyond what would be expected in a mortgage transaction.

Nick Peake did an amazing job helping us get a mortgage. Our situation was a little complicated so we were concerned that we might not get the rate we wanted or worse, not get the mortgage approval, but Nick worked with us diligently, answered our questions promptly, and even had Plan B if the lender rejects our application.
