Nick responded to my online inquiry about rates the next day. I told him I was just curious. He reached out to me again within the week and he tried to get a process going for me regarding a mortgage application. Sine I was too much in a time crunch I decided to go with what my bank had to offer. Unfortunately I am to unfamiliar with online stuff and it seemed too much for me to take on since I am going through personal crisis. I do appreciate very much the help he tried to give me in obtaining a mortgage with a low rate.
