Promotions will only be rewarded upon approval of the credit card application. The information submitted on this form must match the information that is submitted on the credit card application to be eligible for any promotions. By submitting your contact information for a promotion, you authorize to receive account information from Scotiabank regarding credit card approval status, and the time and date of credit card approval or decline. You agree Scotiabank is harmless for any information disclosed to Applicants consent to using their name, email address, phone number and mailing address to verify approved credit card applications. will not have access to any personal details, beyond those details required to fulfill the Promotion, provided for in the credit card application. The Bank of Nova Scotia (Scotiabank), the issuer of the credit card for which you are applying, is not responsible or liable for any aspect of these gift cards or Promotions. Completed credit card application approvals can take up to sixty (60) business days to be processed by the Issuer. Approved credit card applicants will be notified by the Issuer. Notification that you have successfully qualified for the Promotion will come from by email. Scotiabank is not liable to you if you are declined for a credit card. You should receive your gift card by email automatically within 10 to 15 business days after your application has been accepted. If you do not receive your gift card within 10 to 15 business days, please contact directly at [email protected] If you do not contact within three months of receiving your credit card, your eligibility for the gift card will expire. Any issues with gift card fulfillment must be brought to the attention of within three (3) months of the application date.
