He was very nice over the phone but when I inquired about the rate posted on the website he said I couldn’t get it because it was for high yield only, when there was no such mention on the website. I was still in contact with him, but then he failed to call me back at the time I sent him asking him to call me.. (he requested me to provided him with a time).
