My name is Sanjaya Peiris, I am an Independent Mortgage Agent working for Mortgage Alliance located at Suit #200, Sheppard Ave E, Toronto, Ontario. I deal with 30 different lenders to serve you better and get you the right product and the best service, with competitive rates.

As a brief introduction, I provide highly personalized and very effective residential mortgage loan services to homeowners throughout the entire Province of Ontario and I would like to become your personal mortgage agent too!

Who can get you the best rate? An independent agent can, in many cases as I mentioned above, work with many different lenders. You know, there are literally several hundred major lenders here in the Province of Ontario. Only an independent mortgage agent such as myself has the ability to choose the best from all the various lenders and offer them to you. Unlike your local bank or credit union loan representative, who is often limited by their own in-house loan offerings and rate restrictions, I can go anywhere in the province to obtain the best loan on your behalf. I would love to compare rates to your local bank or credit union on first mortgages!

PERSONALIZED SERVICES

This is an important issue to both my clients and I. Because, I know my clients have put a tremendous amount of trust into me as their representative. So I try to repay their trust with loyalty and effort. Meaning, I always seek the best loan program and rate for all of my clients! If you don't currently have a representative you feel you can trust, let me know, perhaps I can be of some help.

Easy accessibility to your loan representative can prove to be a very important issue at times when dealing with loans, especially, in situations where a loan is having trouble getting placed, approved, or delayed for some other reason. It is for this reason that I offer extended hours beyond the typical Monday-Friday, 8-5pm office hours. In contrast, I am available to my clients, appraisers, etc., on both weeknights as well as on weekends, on an 'as-needed-basis' 7 days a week! I find these extended hours are sometimes vital to my clients where we need to stay in touch on various issues.
