As part of a longstanding family-run mortgage team, I specialize in residential mortgages. Our family has been serving Ontario borrowers for over 30 years, with me serving 15 of them.
I pride myself on a high level of customer service, as I walk my clients through every step of the mortgage process. Service and price do not have to be mutually exclusive, however, as the high volume of transactions I perform allows me to access very low mortgage rates from Canada’s largest lenders.
This volume has also led me to receive two Dominion Top Performer awards back-to-back in 2009 and 2010, an honour amongst thousands of DLC brokers.
My mortgage philosophy is simple: get the best rate and provide the best service.

Paul is hands down the most thorough, comprehensive, accessible, Mortgage broker I have dealt with, and let me tell you in 10 years I have dealt with my share. By comparison - there is no comparison. Paul steps outside the traditional Broker style and goes above and beyond in every case. Whenever I have referred Paul to a client, I have always heard rave reviews - without exception, which is why Paul has always gotten my referral business and shall continue to get it. I have known Paul Poirier for just over 1 year now and in that period of time he has helped me with both the purchase and refinance of my first home.
