It’s been all serious talk since I’ve been guest posting for Ratehub.ca every month. Last time I popped by, I discussed Houses vs. Condos and Brennan answered all of our FAQ’s in regards to the new mortgage rules. Today I thought I would keep it light and fun and fill this post with tons of eye candy!
We all know the saying that “kitchens and bathrooms sell homes,” but what if the design is unconventional? What if the kitchen is a brightly-coloured with red or orange cabinetry, or even multi-coloured? Would you buy a house or condo with a brightly-coloured kitchen? I would be a bit scared because kitchens are a pretty permanent fixture and if you get sick of it, it is an expensive room to redesign. Having said that, there are a lot of cool colourful kitchens out there and that look too amazing to ignore.
